At TCINOB™, we want you to love your purchase! We offer a simple and hassle-free return & exchange process with full money refunds.

Return/Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Refund Option

Refunds are processed as full money refund to your original payment method (or bank transfer if paid via UPI/cash on delivery).
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving and approving your return (processing time may vary by bank/payment gateway).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these easy steps:

Ensure Eligibility
All items must be unworn and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
If the item arrived damaged during transit, keep the tags attached and note the damage—we'll process it accordingly.
Items that are damaged, altered, or tags removed after receipt may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Pack & Ship
Pack all items securely (including the original invoice).
Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address within 3–5 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (even on returns/exchanges).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You can exchange for the same item or a different one of equal or higher value (pay any difference if needed).
  • Cancellations: To cancel an order, WhatsApp us at +91-9805118934 with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations may not be possible.
  • International Orders: We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges for international shipments.
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we'll process the full refund and notify you via email/WhatsApp (you'll receive confirmation). Refunds typically reflect in your account/bank within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
